Welcome to Federated's BeSafe products page where you can upload images to customize your safety program. Click here to upload your photos (1mb or higher) and co-op logo via Federated's FTP Site at: www.federatedrural.com/upload.htm.

A safe workplace helps you and your employees avoid injury – it can also help you avoid the cost of reduced productivity and increased premiums. With that in mind, Federated has launched a “BeSafe” campaign that allows member systems to increase safety awareness and motivate employees by using their image on safety posters and materials throughout the system. What an exciting way to get your entire team involved!

After you upload your photos (1mb or higher) we will do all of the design work for you and post the finished product in a gallery listed under your system's name within a few days. We will send you an email when your posters are ready to order!

Be sure to browse through the multiple product options available such as coffee mugs, T-shirts, postcards and so much more! If you have any questions, contact [email protected].

How to Order - Pricing Information

1. Select Customized Image Gallery - My Gallery.
2. Look for your co-op gallery. You can also view all of the images in each co-op gallery, there are no restrictions.
3. Select an image by clicking on it. IMPORTANT: Federated has sized your images to the BEST FIT category size. View the BEST FIT category to place your order. Contact Federated if you want to order a size outside of the BEST FIT category.

4. Select VISIT SHOP to view all image size options available. (PRINTS - BEST FIT) then select from drop down menu.
5. IMPORTANT: Before you place your order you must select either the "Preview and Configure" option or the "Cropping: Centered (is it OK?)" option to manually crop your poster. Important parts of the image must be inside the inner RED line. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
6. From the menu, select each item and size to add to your cart. When you are finished, check your cart summary, and select "Checkout Now."
7. Select Register and Checkout or select Guest Checkout if you want to purchase without registering.
8. Enter Shipping Address.
9. Select a Shipping Method.
10. Enter Payment Information.
